Hello, my name is Daniel, well my middle name is anyway, and this is my story.  ( I always wanted to say that. )

The Daniel Factor stands for the example of Daniel on my life.

I am a professional Software Consultant living in one of the wealthiest communities in the United States.  Like Daniel I am a stranger to this land.  I have been blessed with the opporitunity to work for many different people, and like Daniel, I must find a way to help my employer realize success without compromising my character and values.  This is the daily battle.

I am also a husband and a father, so I must provide leadership outside the office as well.

Daniel is my example.  Jesus Christ is my King.  My employer is my master.
